Hydraulic hose joint classification

The high-pressure hose joint assembly consists of a middle hose and two joints. Sometimes the high-pressure hose assembly is distinguished by the joint. Because the working environment of the high-pressure hose is very wide, the interfaces involved are various and sometimes different. There are more than a dozen interfaces on the device, so more than a dozen connectors are needed. If the high-pressure hose connector is subdivided, it will be a large tree.

Simple classification of hose joints.

1, internal thread form

This structure is generally suitable for occasions where the working pressure is relatively low and the flow rate is relatively large. This connection mode allows the diameter of the high-pressure pipe to be appropriately increased, and the sealing mainly depends on the sealing ring.

2, external thread form

This type of structure is mainly used under high pressure conditions, and this connection method is mostly used when the working pressure exceeds 1800 bar. The connection method is that the lock nut is pressed by the externally threaded connecting member, so that the tapered sealing surface of the pipe section and the sealing surface of the connected component are closely adhered to each other to seal. The connected parts may also be jet attachments, such as high pressure spray guns, flat cleaning nozzles, three-dimensional rotating nozzles, etc., or other high pressure hoses, which can effectively prevent loose connections under complicated construction conditions.
