Type of pipe joint
Dec 12, 2022
The pipe joint is the connecting piece between the oil pipe and the oil pipe, and between the oil pipe and the hydraulic components. It needs to meet the requirements of firm connection, reliable sealing, small size, large flow capacity, convenient assembly, and good process performance. In the hydraulic system, metal pipes with an outer diameter greater than 50 mm are generally connected by flanges, and small diameter oil pipes are connected by pipe joints.
According to the form of the connected pipeline, the pipe joints are divided into hard pipe joints, hose joints, quick pipe joints and rotary pipe joints.
Hydraulic quick coupler, also known as quick coupler, is a mechanical device that can quickly, simply and safely reconnect and disconnect fluid pipelines without using any tools. It is widely used in the hydraulic system. It enables the liquid to be transported efficiently and greatly improves the working efficiency.
The hydraulic quick connector is designed for the load in the hydraulic system, and the raw material of the general hydraulic quick connector is carbon steel galvanized. For the production of customized quick connectors, the male and female connectors and lock sleeves of the connectors are usually subject to secondary heat treatment according to the work requirements, so as to ensure the service life of the quick connectors.
