What are the structural forms of hydraulic quick connectors

Hydraulic quick connector is a kind of connector that can realize rapid connection or disconnection of pipelines without tools. It has four main structural forms: straight through type, single closed type, double closed type and safe and leak free type. The materials are mainly carbon steel, stainless steel and brass.
Straight through type: since there is no one-way valve in this connection system, it can achieve a great flow and avoid the flow change caused by the valve. When the medium is fluid, such as water, the straight through quick change connector is an ideal choice. When the connection is disconnected, the intermediate fluid transmission must be stopped in advance.
Single closed type: single closed type quick change connector, and the plug body is straight through type; When the connection is disconnected, the check valve in the connector body is immediately closed, so as to effectively prevent fluid leakage. Single closed quick change connector is an ideal choice for compressed air equipment.
Double closed type: when the double closed type quick change connector is disconnected, the check valves at both ends of the connector are closed at the same time, while the medium remains in the pipeline and the original pressure can be maintained.
Safe and leak free type: the valve in both the connector body and the plug body is flush with the end face, with a very small residual dead angle. So as to ensure that there is no medium leakage when the connection is disconnected. This design is especially suitable for corrosive media or sensitive environments, such as clean rooms, chemical plants, etc.
