Using corrosion-resistant materials
1. PP material
PP (polypropylene) is a material with good acid and alkali resistance and weather resistance, which can be used to make components such as cabinets, handles, and hinges. The PP material medicine cabinet shows good corrosion resistance.
2. Stainless steel welded pipes
Stainless steel welded pipes can improve the corrosion resistance of their welded joints through physical strengthening methods and chemical reaction strengthening methods. Among them, the stainless steel passivation solution is used to contact the surface of the stainless steel pipe, generating a chemical reaction that converts the poor chromium layer of the pipe into a rich chromium layer, forming a layer of chromium trioxide on its surface, thereby achieving super strong rust prevention ability.

1. Integrated design
The use of integrated design and seamless welding technology can enhance the structure of the cabinet, reduce deformation caused by thermal expansion and contraction, and thus improve the overall corrosion resistance of the transition joint.
2. Material reinforcement ribs
The layer board is made of 8mm thick pure PP board and welded together with the same color and quality welding rod. There are vertical edges around it, which are welded into shape as a whole. This design is movable and can be freely extracted and placed in suitable compartments, allowing for the free combination of spaces on each floor. The layers are welded with reinforcing ribs to enhance the load-bearing capacity of the layers themselves, and the edges around them can achieve a certain degree of anti overflow effect.

Acid pickling and passivation
Acid pickling and passivation is an effective method to improve the corrosion resistance of metal surfaces. By pickling and passivation, a dense and complete oxide film can be formed on the surface of the metal, improving its corrosion resistance. In certain specific application scenarios, the oxide film formed after acid pickling and passivation is dense and intact.
Shot blasting can also improve corrosion resistance. By shot blasting stainless steel welded pipes, the surface oxide layer and discoloration area can be removed, thereby improving their corrosion resistance.
By selecting appropriate materials, optimizing structural design, and adopting effective surface treatment techniques, the corrosion resistance of transition joints can be significantly improved. These methods have been widely applied in industrial practice and have achieved good results.
